Role Summary:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating various injection and compression machines, ensuring the production of high-quality electrical safety products. Your role will involve performing well-defined visual procedures, maintaining a safe work area, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

+ Monitor machines to perform a variety of Machine Injection and Compression Press processes.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

+ Identify key details and potential issues with excellent observation skills.

+ Assist with troubleshooting machine issues and performing routine maintenance tasks.

+ Contribute to process improvements with creative thinking and idea generation.

+ Analyze information and concepts effectively with strong analytical skills.

+ Communicate information clearly and effectively.

Qualifications:

Required:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ Strong technical skills and ability to operate machinery and equipment.

+ Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis.

Preferred:

+ Prior experience as a machine operator.

+ Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with precision and attention to detail.

+ Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate with others.

+ Troubleshooting skills and creative thinking for process improvements.

+ Excellent communication skills.

**Pay Details:** $22.50 per hour
