    Job Title: Human Resource Recruiter - Call Center (Retention-Focused)

We're looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Recruiter who not only hires top talent but also plays a key role in improving employee retention.

     

    Job Summary: The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and onboarding candidates for call center roles with a strong emphasis on long-term fit and retention. This role involves partnering with leadership to understand turnover trends, refining recruitment strategies, and creating a hiring experience that supports employee engagement from day one.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop and execute recruitment strategies aimed at reducing turnover

    + Source candidates who align with company values and long-term goals

    + Conduct behavioral interviews to assess retention potential

    + Collaborate with training and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding

    + Track and analyze retention metrics to improve hiring outcomes

    + Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process

    + Promote internal mobility and career pathing during recruitment

    + Support employee engagement initiatives and feedback loops

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a call center or related environment.

    + Strong understanding of employee retention strategies

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Experience with ATS and HR analytics tools

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively

    + Ability to understand and identify applicant experience to maximize workforce potential

    + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (preferred)
