Pay Range: $33.44-$44.30

Job Summary:

As the Clinic Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the ENT/Plastic Surgical practices. You will supervise nursing and reception staff and work closely with physicians and advanced practitioners to ensure operational success. This role requires familiarity with all aspects of an Article 28 Clinic's day-to-day operations, including quality, regulatory, financial, and human resource management. The ideal candidate will be a customer-service-driven, motivated, and team-oriented leader. This position will require travel to our Ogdensburg and Carthage locations.

Qualifications

+ Education:

+ Required: Associate's degree in Nursing

+ Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing

+ Licenses and Certifications:

+ Required: Current NYS Registered Nurse Licensure and a valid NYS Driver's License

+ Training and Experience:

+ Required: At least three years of experience in a healthcare multispecialty group practice.

+ Skills:

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to cultivate and maintain a productive and efficient work environment.

+ Strong supervisory and problem-solving abilities.

+ Working knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards, as well as corporate compliance practices.
