Job Title: Summer 2026 Graduate (MS/PhD) Process Technology Intern

Summary:As a Process Technology Intern, you will support the modernization of lab and pilot-scale facilities while contributing to new product introductions and process improvements. You will work hands-on with equipment assessments, software transitions, and workflow optimization, gaining exposure to technical documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and innovation in chemical manufacturing.

Responsibilities Include:

+ Modernization of Process Technology Labs/Pilot Facilities

+ Develop comprehensive list of current equipment capabilities, location and age

+ Develop plan for modernization, replacement and upgrades of technical equipment with budgetary estimates

+ Integrate new business application processes (non SAP)

+ Assist in implementation of new software solutions for workflows, lab records and tracking systems

+ Build training documentation, onboarding plans and do a gap assessment on goals of switchover

+ NPIs, Process Improvements and Translations

+ Assist scientists with scale ups, documentation, workflows, data, and technical support for new product introductions and translations

+ Explore alternatives catalysts for hydride fluid manufacturing

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

+ Currently pursuing a Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.

+ Data analysis skills and a minimum of intermediate mastery of Microsoft applications

+ Ability to work in a dynamic, team-focused environment with time bound deliverables.

Program Qualifications:

+ The candidate must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of application and for at least one semester following the conclusion of the internship.

+ The candidate is expected to be available 40 hours a week for a period of 10-12 weeks between the months of May and August.

What We Offer:Base Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00
