As a*Physical Therapist*on our team, you will: * Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services to patients with a variety of diagnoses, with a focus on*stroke*,*traumatic brain injury*,*spinal cord injury*, and other*neurological conditions*. * Collaborate within a dynamic*interdisciplinary team*to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and safe discharge. * Contribute to a supportive and innovative rehab environment that emphasizes*personalized care*,*functional outcomes*, and a*seamless transition across the continuum of care*.
