**Title:** Operations Lead- Defense Distribution

Description:

The Operations Lead will be responsible for the execution and oversight of the day-to-day operations.

What you will be responsible for:

+ Reviews customer orders and the products to ensure the parts are approved and the appropriate compliance is maintained for shipping and Exports.

+ Maintain the Part Master Data Base.

+ Obtain, review and catalogue technical data to support the Part Master data base.

+ Observes performance to ensure compliance with the organizations Business Management System are met.

+ Assists with customer review, setup, and annual documentation requirements.

+ Create, update/change process documents, Desktop Instructions and conduct the training with the business unit for implementation.

+ Support the warehouse staff and its operations as required.

+ Process customer orders as needed.

+ Assist the business unit with inventory management for customer and scrap orders.

+ Support Large Customer interface requirements.

+ All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

What you will need to be successful in this role:

+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Must have a minimum of 1-year related experience and/or training.

+ Minimum of five (5) years related experience preferred.

+ A&P License preferred.

+ Import/Export Experience preferred.

Compensation:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $62,843 to $70,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
