Quality Inspection Technician Location: Mountainhome, PA Job ID: #71513 Pay Range: $28-34 Duration: 7 months Summary Supports inspection of raw materials and finished product quality, ensuring compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable government regulations. Education/Experience: • Bachelor's Degree and 3 or more years of experience in Quality and/or Manufacturing operations or similar industrial environment OR • HS/GED and 8 years of experience in Quality and/or Manufacturing operations or similar industrial environment Expanded Description: • Utilize GD&T knowledge to create CMM inspection programs • Support the CMM Programming team in ensuring product and process compliance by providing CMM Programming solutions • Support the MRB (Material Review Board) process with non-conformance screening Qualifications We Prefer: • CMM programming experience with Zeiss machines • Expert knowledge of GD&T drawing interpretation, and implementation of measuring systems • Experience in manufacturing or quality in the aerospace industry • Knowledge of aerospace industry quality standards and procedures • Advanced knowledge of ASME Y 14.5-1994 and ASME Y 14.5-2018 • Excellent priority management skills • Experience inspecting parts for conformance using mechanical inspection tools, such as microscopes, micrometers, calipers, gauges, indicators, etc. Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
