    Our Opportunity

     

    North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee the function of maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment for assigned facility.

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

     

    Your Priorities

     

    + Ensures that all buildings, grounds, and equipment are kept clean and in good working order.

    + Supervises, assigns work, and prepares work schedules for all plant maintenance personnel.

    + Ensures that all equipment and accessories are installed properly.

    + Makes sure that utilities and coolants are utilized efficiently and economically.

    + Responds to emergencies and requests from other Supervisors in a professional manner.

    + Monitors safety throughout the plant and periodically tests security equipment.

     

    Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

    Requirements

    Your Background

    Education:

    + Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related discipline, plus a universal refrigerant certification, and 5 years of experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance OR

    + HS Diploma, plus a universal refrigerant certification, and 10 years of experience in electrical/ mechanical maintenance.

    Experience:

    + Day-to-day electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience

    + Experience working with 480v/3 phase.
