Our client, a leading organization in customer experience strategy, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Customer Experience Strategy and Insights team supporting the Senior Director. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

+ Support the Senior Director of CX Strategy and Insights team by owning scheduling, prioritization, coordination, and preparation for all their executive meetings and speaking engagements.

+ Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and prepare content for the leader for her upcoming presentations.

+ Develop, own, and execute a Training and Development plan for the leader’s direct reports.

+ Develop budget tracking and management processes to ensure allocations are made within assigned limits.

+ Own submission of all expenses and reimbursements on behalf of the assigned leader in the financial systems.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience in program management or a related field.

+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

+ Experience in budget management and financial tracking.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
