    Job Summary:

    Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to support site-level quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement activities. This role will provide hands-on exposure to aerospace quality requirements, internal and customer audits, and shop-floor collaboration. Ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience who are eager to grow a career in quality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Review, revise, and maintain quality procedures and compliance documentation

    * Participate in internal and customer audits, with the opportunity to co-lead as experience develops

    * Collaborate with shop floor operators and supervisors to identify and implement process changes

    * Complete customer surveys, quality screeners, and compliance updates

    * Assist in developing training materials for operators and supporting staff

    * Track and report on quality metrics and compliance status

    Required Qualifications:

    * 1-3 years of experience with quality systems in aerospace or manufacturing

    * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

    * Exposure to shop-floor environments and familiarity with production processes

    * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently

    * Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship required

    Preferred Qualifications:

    * AS or BS in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or another relevant field

    * Experience with internal auditing in compliance with AS9100/AS9110 standards

    * Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems

    * Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action practices

Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $30.00-32.00 per hour. Guidelines vary based on many factors including but not limited to education, qualifications, experience, discipline, geographic location, market, and business considerations.
