    Your Role:

    + Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes or community settings.

    + Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.

    + Collect and record session data on an electronic device.

    + Encourage skill-building and independence through evidence-based strategies.

    + Collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure treatment success.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent (college students and graduates in related fields encouraged).

    + Fluency inBengali/Banglais required.

    + Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

    + Passion for working with children and making a difference.

    + Ability to commit to at least 6 months in the role.
