    Based out of our Ashland City, TN office, this role is eligible to participate in our hybrid work program, which allows employees to work remotely up to two days per week. New employees in eligible roles can apply for this program after successfully completing their initial 90 days of employment.

     

    Primary Function

     

    The brand marketing team is responsible for how audiences perceive A. O. Smith and our family of North American water heating brands—specifically through product launch marketing, advertising, public relations, social media, brand programs and sponsorships and more.

    Responsibilities

    Product Literature & Print Management:

    Monitor, maintain, and optimize the product literature portal and print inventory to ensure timely availability of accurate and up-to-date marketing materials.

    Sales Enablement Support:

    Update and maintain the sales enablement tool with the latest brand assets, product information, and campaign content to support field teams and partners.

    Customer Loyalty & Sponsorships:

    Assist in the execution of customer loyalty programs and sponsorship activities by planning promotions, developing enewsletters, and coordinating communications.

    Public Relations & Social Media:

    Provide support for PR initiatives and social media efforts, including content planning, coordination, and execution in line with brand strategy.

    Product Launch Coordination and Support:

    Participate in New Product Development Teams (NPD), attend NPD team meetings, act as communication and progress liaison between NPD Teams and Marketing Organization. Develop impactful product copy and tools within our collateral. Ensure that brand standards are followed in product launch material efforts.

    Administrative Support:

    Manage purchasing card and process vendor invoices. Occasional meeting/event planning

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or another related discipline is required

    + 3-5 years of related experience

    + Strong organization skills

    + Effective communicator – written and verbal, both in person and via email/phone

    + Ability to prioritize and multitask to manage workload

    + Creative, innovative, deadline-oriented personality

    + Ability to proof and QC work

    + Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator a plus

    + Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

    Education

    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field
