Field Project Ambassador – Bel Air, MD
Remote Position** + **$2,000 Sign-On Bonus
Join one of the fastest-growing exterior remodeling companies in the tri-state area. With 18 years of industry leadership and a reputation for quality, service, and integrity, we’re expanding in Bel Air and looking for a Field Project Ambassador to represent our brand in the field.
About the Role
You’ll be the connection between homeowners, crews, and management—building relationships, generating leads, monitoring project quality, and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. This role blends customer engagement with hands-on field work.
Key Responsibilities
+ Engage with homeowners in active project areas and identify new opportunities
+ Meet crews and homeowners on-site to confirm project details
+ Monitor job sites, document progress, and ensure quality standards
+ Assist with inspections, adjuster meetings, and sample collection
+ Provide on-site support including minor repairs and tarp placement
+ Keep homeowners informed and collect milestone payments
+ Represent the company at trade shows and community events
+ Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
What You Bring
+ High school diploma (college degree a plus)
+ 1–2 years in sales, customer service, or construction
+ Strong communication and multitasking skills
+ Familiarity with CRM tools and basic tech
+ Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
+ Physically able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation & Benefits
+ $2,000 sign-on bonus
+ Base salary: $44K–$52K plus commission

**Pay Details:** $44,000.00 to $52,000.00 per year
