    As a Salesforce Solutions Engineer, you'll be at the intersection of system architecture, integration, and team leadership, driving impactful technical initiatives. Key elements of your work will include:

     

    + Leverage Financial Services Cloud: Build and configure Salesforce solutions with FSC proficiency to transform financial services organizations.

    + Integration Leadership: Architect and implement solutions leveraging MuleSoft and Kafka for seamless system integrations.

    + Collaborative Changemaker: Partner with 5+ agile teams to align Salesforce solutions with business priorities at an enterprise scale.

    + Technical Bridge: Lead efforts to integrate Salesforce and other systems while coordinating between Enterprise Architecture and development teams.

    + Data Management Expert: Manage API limits, metadata consistency, and ensure robust data architecture.

    + Apex + Declarative Specialist: Develop declarative Salesforce solutions and Apex features, focusing on scalability and business impact.

    + Operational Support Leader: Transition from project development to operational excellence, maintaining system performance and identifying future opportunities.

    + Education: BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent experience demonstrating technical leadership and expertise.

    + Experience: 7+ years in IT development with proficiency in Salesforce solutions and large-scale, multi-subsystem projects.

    + Hands-on experience designing and developing in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

    + Advanced skills working with integration technologies like MuleSoft and Kafka—essential for success in this position.

    + Apex coding skills and declarative development expertise that drive innovation and efficiency.

    + Data Acumen: Robust understanding of relational databases and multi-team coordination for complex implementations at an enterprise sca
