Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Woodland Hills, California. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and expertise in accounting software systems and financial operations. You will play a key role in managing accounts receivable processes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all related functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts receivable operations, including billing, cash handling, and payment processing.

• Utilize accounting software systems and ERP platforms to track financial transactions and maintain accurate records.

• Manage customer accounts and ensure timely invoicing through CRM systems.

• Reconcile cash activity and resolve discrepancies in financial statements.

• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

• Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable performance and provide insights for process improvements.

• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients to address overdue payments.

• Support the implementation of Epic software for enhanced financial tracking.

• Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in all cash management tasks.

• Assist in audits and provide documentation to support financial reviews. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems and ERP platforms.

• Experience with CRM tools for managing customer accounts.

• Strong knowledge of billing functions, cash handling, and reconciliation processes.

• Familiarity with Epic software and ADP financial services is highly preferred.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
