Description We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Middleton, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in supply chain logistics and management, as well as experience in manufacturing environments. You will play a key role in optimizing global supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee supply chain strategies to ensure seamless logistics and inventory management.

• Coordinate and manage purchase requests to meet production and operational requirements.

• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to align supply chain processes with production schedules.

• Monitor and optimize global supply chain operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Analyze data to identify trends and implement improvements in supply chain management.

• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely deliveries.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all supply chain activities.

• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance and recommend actionable solutions.

• Address and resolve logistical challenges to maintain smooth operations.

• Support cross-functional teams in achieving organizational goals related to supply chain and logistics. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain logistics or management.

• Proven expertise in handling purchase requests and coordinating supply chain activities.

• Familiarity with global supply chain operations and challenges.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in manufacturing environments is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance in supply chain processes.

• Proficiency in supply chain management tools and software.
