• Marketing Coordinator

    Description

    Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a Marketing Coordinator (contract). In this role, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinate events, manage content calendars, and help drive brand awareness across multiple channels. This role is on-site.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels

    + Coordinate content creation, including blog posts, email newsletters, and social media updates

    + Maintain and update the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of assets

    + Support event planning and logistics for trade shows, webinars, and promotional events

    + Track and report on campaign performance metrics and KPIs

    + Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency

    + Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

    + 3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role

    + Proficient written and verbal communication skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics)

    + Highly organized with extensive attention to detail

    + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

    + A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
