How you create impact

The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring key account customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and promoting excellence in customer service. This role collaborates with operations and sales management to maximize client satisfaction.

+ Builds and maintains strong relationships with key accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate.

+ Oversees job preparation and execution phases for client shipments, ensuring seamless service delivery.

+ Identifies service gaps and implements strategies to enhance quality and productivity.

+ Acts as a central escalation point, resolving issues with diplomacy and urgency.

+ Contributes to the development of client-specific procedures and ensures regulatory and policy compliance.

+ Provides support during off-hours as required, in alignment with a 24/7/365 operational model.

What we would like you to bring

+ 5+ years in the logistics or biopharmaceutical industry

+ Extensive customer service and account management experience

+ Group leadership experience preferred

+ In-depth understanding of temperature-controlled packaging and monitoring technologies

+ Strong knowledge of international and domestic airline routings, time zones, and geography

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.
