Summary
We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead and coordinate engineering projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, outstanding organizational skills, and a passion for solving complex, multidisciplinary challenges.
As a key part of our engineering team, you’ll oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and timing align with company and customer expectations.
What You'll Do
Project Leadership
+ Lead cross-functional engineering projects from initiation through final delivery.
+ Define project scope, timeline, and resources; organize project teams accordingly.
+ Track and report progress to stakeholders, ensuring milestones are met.
+ Manage budgets, control costs, and proactively mitigate project risks.
+ Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers throughout all phases.
Technical Design & Development
+ Review and develop designs that meet engineering principles, industry standards, and customer specifications.
+ Design and/or select components across mechanical, structural, electrical, and optical domains.
+ Oversee technical development, materials planning, scheduling, and issue resolution.
+ Approve design changes and documentation through formal configuration control.
+ Create detailed technical documentation, including test procedures, reports, and presentations.
+ Ensure designs meet manufacturing and quality standards through collaboration with internal teams.
What We’re Looking For
+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
+ 3+ years of relevant engineering experience
+ Proficiency with 3D modeling software (Creo preferred)
+ Skilled in MS Office Suite
+ Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA), aerospace design, or LED lighting is a plus
+ Strong project management, communication, and decision-making abilities
+ Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

Compensation & Benefits:
+ Base salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, influenced by several factors including experience, skill set, education, certifications, market conditions, and business needs.
