The Lead Visual Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brands vision and objectives. With a focus on digital platforms the candidate will utilize their expertise in design tools to produce high-quality visuals. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and innovative design solutions.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 85,000/Year to $115,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities

+ Develop and execute creative design concepts that align with the company's brand strategy and objectives.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.

+ Utilize Google Web Designer Figma Adobe XD and Sketch to create interactive and user-friendly designs.

+ Implement animations and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier Pro to enhance visual storytelling.

+ Create engaging digital content using Adobe Edge Animate and Adobe Indesign for various platforms.

+ Design visually appealing graphics and layouts using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

+ Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.

+ Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

+ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

+ Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work to maximize productivity and collaboration.

+ Ensure all designs are optimized for various devices and platforms maintaining a consistent user experience.

+ Contribute to the development of design guidelines and best practices to streamline design processes.

+ Support the marketing team by providing creative input and design solutions for campaigns.

+ **Qualifications**

+ Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in visual design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design.

+ Demonstrate proficiency in Google Web Designer Figma Adobe XD Sketch and other design tools.

+ Exhibit strong skills in Adobe After Effects Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe Edge Animate for motion graphics.

+ Have experience in Adobe Indesign Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for creating high-quality visuals.

+ Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment balancing remote and in-office tasks.

+ Display excellent communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and concepts.

+ Maintain a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.

Certifications Required

Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
