As a Lead Visual Designer you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with the company's brand and marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative design solutions using tools like Google Web Designer Figma Adobe XD and more. Your role will involve leading design projects from concept to completion ensuring high-quality outcomes that enhance user experience and engagement.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 85,000/Year to $115,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities

+ Lead the design process from concept to execution ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that meet business and user needs.

+ Utilize tools such as Google Web Designer Figma Adobe XD and Sketch to create high-quality visual designs.

+ Oversee the creation of motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier Pro.

+ Develop interactive and engaging content using Adobe Edge Animate and Adobe Indesign.

+ Create visually appealing illustrations and graphics with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

+ Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure design quality and consistency.

+ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

+ Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve design processes.

+ Ensure all design outputs are optimized for various digital platforms and devices.

+ Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work to maximize productivity and collaboration.

+ Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders and team members.

+ Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing user experience and engagement through impactful design solution

+ **Qualifications**

+ Possess a strong proficiency in Google Web Designer Figma Adobe XD and Sketch.

+ Demonstrate expertise in Adobe After Effects Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe Edge Animate for motion graphics.

+ Have extensive experience with Adobe Indesign Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for graphic design.

+ Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

+ Show a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling designs.

+ Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new design tools and technologies.

Certifications Required

Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator or related design software.
