The*Administrative Assistant*position will be working with the Community Corrections Facilities & Programs Bureau, The Victim Services Bureau, and The Quality Assurance & Evidence-based Programs Section. Duties will include but are not limited to routing of offender placement documents, entering OMIS data and uploading documents. This position will manage correspondence from offenders and the general public. Additionally, the position will manage distribution of offender escape notices, staff travel arrangements, training schedules and preparations. Candidates will greet visitors, answer telephones and give information to callers, and manage shared email accounts. *QUALIFICATIONS* * High School Diploma. * One year of experience performing a variety of office support or clerical work. * Alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis. *BENEFITS:* Your service is rewarded with competitive compensation and generous* *State of Montana Benefits.
