    Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Tax Manager!

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sr Tax Manager to join our team. This role offers a direct placement opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package. The position is primarily on-site with hybrid flexibility available after training. You will be responsible for managing a variety of accounting and tax-related tasks, focusing on tax preparation and review, client service, business development, collaboration, and operational excellence.

    Essential Skills

    + 5-7+ years of public accounting tax experience including preparation, review, and accounting.

    + Experience working with clients/entities, partnership returns, sales tax preparation, and financial statement reviews (1040, 1065, 1120).

    + Proficiency in tax software, with experience in CCH or Thomson Reuters being a strong plus.

    + CPA/EA certification or eligibility.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + MBA or CMA is preferred but not required.

    + Active CPA/EA certification is preferred.

    + Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus.

    + Interest or experience in business valuations is a strong advantage.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Salem, Oregon.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
