Location:
Plainfield Distribution Center- Plainfield, Indiana.
Reports to the Associate Director- Senior Operations Associate.
Summary:
Perform order processing functions such as waving, picking, packing and shipping pharmaceutical orders to sales reps, wholesalers, retailers and international affiliates/customers.
Key Objectives/Deliverables
+ Safety: Model safe behaviors within daily work.
+ Provide support to the operational areas to address any safety concerns.
+ Execute projects and activities according to HSE and OSHA.
+ Quality: Coordinate with compliance, quality, and operations teams to ensure waivers meet internal and external regulatory standards.
+ Ensure compliance with data integrity standards.
+ Responsible for complying with FDA and OSHA requirements.
+ Understand and follow laws, regulations, RedBook, SOPs, NALO Operational Guidelines and Operational Qualifications related to role.
+ Responsible for ensuring that all training identified in his/her individual training on (ITP), SOPs, and OJTs is current and complete.
+ Responsible for site waving and planning activities.
+ Transfers orders to the floor in a steady flow or as required by the business (Steers the ship for operations).
+ Responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and communicating work to be executed in the correct order as defined by order schedule.
+ Make key operational decisions to ensure the site stays on time by controlling order fulfillment from day to day.
+ Escalates order fulfillment challenges as needed among all necessary groups.
+ Responsible for damage/Destruction/Inventory Adjustments process Process, Area, System, or Equipment owner (responsible for area SOPs, CI initiatives).
+ Responsible for deviations in area of ownership and ensure adequate corrective actions are complete, qualified investigation in deviation systems.
+ Lead team meetings for operational touchpoints.
+ Lead data analytics initiatives. Establish site wide operational metrics and implement strategies for data-based decision making.
+ Own and lead local projects such as inventory initiatives or continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Review and process waiver requests for operational exceptions.
+ Maintain records and documentation for audit and regulatory purposes.
+ Monitor impacts of waiver-based processes on timelines, cost, and resource usage.
+ Analyze trends in waiver requests to recommend process improvements.
+ Serve as an SAP, Exacta, EWM, Worldlink, and SYNC Q technical expert.
+ Cross trained in 2 areas of the warehouse Executing plant to plant moves between domestic and export.
+ Execute Return to stock – serial number movement ensuring to maintain DSCSA compliance.
+ Execute Reverse PGI/PGR when applicable.
+ Assist in WMS and automation testing when applicable.
+ Troubleshoot operational technical issues regarding serialization or any nonstandard situations.
+ Control order flow for ASRS – Product coming off for outbound deliveries.
+ Understand and follow requirements as pertaining to Hazardous Communication, Hazardous Transportation and Hazardous Waste, as required by assigned training.
+ Responsible for ensuring data integrity and good documentation practices while performing job tasks.
+ Work overtime daily as needed until work is complete and released by manager.
+ Add data integrity.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Must have a high school degree or GED.
+ Demonstrated accuracy and attention to details.
+ Must be flexible and willing to be cross trained across multiple departments.
+ Must be reliable and have a good work attendance history.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
+ Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment.
+ Demonstrated a high performance in previous assignments.
+ Self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
+ Demonstrated decision maker regarding operational strategy.
+ Must be willing to work a portion of the workday in a chilled environment (36-46F).
+ Standing, lifting (up to 40 lbs) and bending are required.
Additional Skills/Preferences:
+ Warehouse experience a plus.
+ Demonstrated experience with SAP, EWM, SYNCQ, Exacta is a plus.
+ Experience operating pallet jacks and powered industrial trucks would be a plus.
**Work Shift:** 5:30 am-2:15 pm Monday – Friday; 7:30 am - 4:15 pm Monday - Friday.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$25.60 - $37.55
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
