    Traveling Tower Climber

    **Ultimate LLC** is immediately hiring **TOWER CLIMBERS/ IRON WORKERS** for projects in the **WESTERN PA** area. The pay range is **$25-$35** per hour based on experience. All Tower Climbers are scheduled 40+ hours a week and expected to travel. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

    What You Will Do:

    + Build and assemble towers, install antennas, hardware, coax, connectors, and grounding.

    + Read plans and drawings.

    + Set up and test grounding systems.

    + Plan and prioritize work to meet schedules.

    + Update Tower Crew Lead on progress and issues.

    + Identify needed materials and resources.

    + Fix "punch list" items before inspections.

    + Follow OSHA safety rules, including daily equipment checks.

    Ultimate Tower Climber Requirements

    + 1+ years of experience of working at heights 100+ feet

    + Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

    + Must have basic hand tools to perform trade

    + Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance

    + Drug Test Required
