+ Apply AI-enhanced automation tools where applicable to improve planning efficiency and responsiveness

+ Lead the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process and ensure coordination across sales, operations, product, and finance teams

+ Provide leadership, structure, and development to the procurement and planning team

+ International travel may be required periodically to meet with key suppliers and partners

    Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications preferred)

+ 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain management, with demonstrated leadership in both domestic and international operations

+ Proven ability to balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution, driving both long-term initiatives and day-to-day operational results

+ Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments, particularly in e-commerce and retail channels

+ Direct experience managing supplier networks in Asia, including Vietnam and China

+ Working knowledge of customs compliance, HTS classification, and import processes is preferred

+ Strong background in using ERP systems such as NetSuite and working with exception-based planning processes

+ Strong background in SIOP, forecasting, and demand planning across multi-channel operations

+ High proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and other advanced functions used to support planning and analysis

+ Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
