Job Title: Leasing Agent / Activities Coordinator

Type: Contract To Permanent

Compensation: $20.00-$21.00 / hr. depending on experience

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Monday-Friday

Leasing Agent / Activities Coordinator Responsibilities:

+ Show properties to potential tenants, process rental applications, and handle lease agreements.

+ Ensure timely rent collection, manage late payments, and address any payment issues.

+ Address tenant complaints, resolve disputes, and maintain positive tenant relationships.

+ Oversee the move-in and move-out processes, including property inspections and condition reports.

+ Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and legal documentation.

+ Assist the Director of Social Services with planning 2-3 activities a month for the residents.

+ Develop activities calendar for property.

+ Attend events at properties as scheduled .

+ Ensure that the room has adequate space and seating for the number of residents that has signed up .

+ Engage with residents in a professional manner .

+ Maintain required paperwork.

Leasing Agent / Activities Coordinator Requirements:

+ Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.

+ At least 3 years of previous experience in property management is preferred, but entry level can apply as well. Company will train candidates who are interested in getting into property management.

+ Must be outgoing, friendly attitude and ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
