Career Opportunity:

The Customer Service Representative provides administrative support to the site business office focusing on scheduling logistics, shipping information and report generation.

How you will impact Smurfit Westrock:

* Communication with suppliers for load scheduling.

* Administer billing, load allocations and trip tickets.

* Ensure all required paperwork has been completed and is in good order.

* Completing monthly generation reports for suppliers/vendors.

* Creating monthly rental / baler charges, AP manual voucher spreadsheet and entering miscellaneous invoices.

* Compiling and completing End Of Month closing duties.

* Completing and posting Sales Accrual data.

* Completing Brokerage Sales Accrual data.

* Completing JE Stats Accrual (purchase & sales tons).

What you need to succeed:

* Intermediate level competence with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

* Preferred 1+ years of administrative experience.

* Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate courtesy and tact when interacting with other employees and customers.

* Good organization skills; attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work on multiple administrative tasks; ability to effectively communicate department policies and procedures.
