    $1,000.00 at hire and $1,000.00 after 90 days of active service. Internal transfers do not qualify for sign-on bonus.

     

    We have an exciting opportunity for a In Home Intensive Treatment Clinician to join our growing children's mental health program at CSA in Needham!

     

    The In Home Intensive Treatment Clinician with the Community Service Agency (CSA) Program is embedded in the Family Intensive Team (FIT) and is responsible for delivering comprehensive, strength-based, trauma-informed therapeutic services to youth and families within home and community settings.

     

    In this vital role, the In Home Intensive Treatment Clinician serves as the lead coordinator of care for an assigned caseload facilitating assessment, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members and external partners.

     

    In addition, the In Home Intensive Treatment Clinician supports youth development, family empowerment, and linkage to community resources in alignment with client-identified goals.

    Salary:

    + $33.16/hour ($68,972.80/year) for unlicensed/LCSW clinicians

    + $35.70/hour ($74,256/year) for independently licensed clinicians (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT)

     

    Schedule: Full Time 40 hours; requires a bility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends, to meet family needs

    Required Skills

    + Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems

    + Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle

    Required Experience

    + Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or mental health discipline

    + Independent licensure preferred

    + Minimum of one year of experience working with youth with serious emotional disturbances and their families

    + Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse populations strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, community-based setting
