Description
We are looking for a skilled carpenter to join our team. This person will do important building and repair work. You will work on many different projects like walls, doors, windows, and more.
Duties and Responsibilities
+ Read and follow blueprints
+ Frame walls with wood or metal
+ Do demo (take things apart)
+ Hang and finish drywall
+ Install and fix doors, windows, and hardware
+ Install and fix ceiling tiles and grids
+ Do concrete work
+ Build and install cabinets, countertops, handrails, and decks
+ Install screens, fix pavers, and repair stucco
+ Use power tools (like table saws, planers, sanders, and more)
+ Use lifts like forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial platforms
Education, Experience, Licensing
+ High school diploma or GED (or similar experience)
+ 2 years of experience in carpentry or similar work
+ Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Supplemental Information
Work Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Retirees of the Investment Plan are eligible for renewed membership in the Investment Plan only. FRS reemployment rules apply for both.
