    Crafted Highlights:

    In the role of Utilities Sr. Specialist at the Coors Brewery in Golden, Colorado, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, executing and ensuring strong communication of projects, initiatives, training, and changes associated within the Central Utilities Group. In addition, this role is the consistent operational interface with the brewery.

     

    Shift: Days, Monday - Friday.

     

    This position reports to the Unit Manager - Utilities.

    What You'll Be Brewing:

    + Provides Operations Expertise (LOTO Expertise and Guidance, NH3 PSM Standards, expertise in all utilities operations, energy & water improvement implementation and knowledge, Progression Program expertise and operational walk throughs).

    + Training and Standards (Owner of AM 1-3 (EO), Long Term Sustainment of EO’s , Utilities Progression Program, Blue books, Safety Standards, POKA Implementation)

    + Project Coordination and Leadership (Drives E&W projects, POC for all projects- both base maintenance and capital projects interface when needed, coordinator of outage work, operations improvement initiatives, etc.)

    + Assists Line Lead with Communication Across all Shifts

    + Supports data tracking and problem solving as part of the daily DDS process. Looks at metrics in the morning and provides input on systems OOL that may warrant a daily or weekly action item.

    Key Ingredients:

    + Experience in Central Utilities Operations Highly Preferred

    + Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing Applications

    + A positive attitude with a growth mindset. Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.

    + Organizational Skills with Basic Project Management Experience

    + Plant Operations Experience (Safety, Production, Basic Maintenance)
