    Pay Range : $28-$31.50 per hour

     

    Additional $ 1.50 shift differential from 6 pm – 6 am

     

    Shift: First Shift

     

    Hours: 6am-6pm

This is a full-time position within our XX food manufacturing facility with opportunities for advancement!

    Responsibilities:

    + Conduct advanced preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on conveyor systems and food production machinery to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime.

    + Perform complex mechanical repairs including shaft keying, sprocket broaching, gear head replacement, stainless steel welding, hydraulic hose fabrication, and belt maintenance using specialized tools and equipment.

    + Assist with equipment setup, teardown, welding, fabrication, and installation of new or modified plant machinery to support production needs.

    + Diagnose mechanical issues through observation, auditory assessment, and use of precision measuring instruments, and effectively identifying and resolving root causes.

    + Utilize SAP software to document maintenance activities, track work orders, and communicate effectively with production and operations teams to optimize workflow.

    Qualifications:

    + H igh school diploma or GED required ; t wo-year degree in specialized maintenance trade preferred .

    + 3 + y ears of related experience.

    + Work different ranges of hours such as full-time, overtime, or weekend shifts.

    + Basic to advanced mechanical knowledge , electrical and building skills.

    + Must be able to lift up to 5 0 lbs.
