    Rockford Schools Need a CNA School Aide—And You Might Be the Perfect Fit

     

    If you’ve got a Certified Nursing Assistant license and a passion for helping students thrive, we’ve got a role that’s equal parts heart and hustle. As a CNA School Aide, you’ll be the steady support in classrooms, one-on-one settings, and health office clinics—making a real impact every single day.

    Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Providing instructional support and personal care

    + Assisting with behavioral needs and basic health services

    + Working under the supervision of the school nurse or clinical designee

    + Floating between assignments as needed, with potential for full-time placement

    The Details:

    + $17/hour

    + 35 hours/week

    + Location: Rockford, IL

    + Start: ASAP

    What You’ll Need:

    + Current IL Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license

    + CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)

    + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years old

    + Professional standards of practice compliance
