School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) – 2025/2026 School Year

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, 25/26 school year

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team for the 2025/2026 school year . This is a full-time, school-based position serving students in a supportive educational environment. You’ll work collaboratively with educators and families to help students achieve their physical and functional goals.

Key Details

+ Contract Length: Full school year

+ Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday

+ Start Date: August 25, 2025, or as soon as possible

Compensation

+ Local Candidates:

+ Hourly Rate: $70/hr

+ Weekly Gross Pay: $70 × 40 = $2,800/week

+ Travel Candidates:

+ Base Pay: $60/hr

+ Travel Stipend: $15/hr

+ Total Hourly Equivalent: $75/hr

+ Weekly Gross Pay: $75 × 40 = $3,000/week

Responsibilities

+ Provide physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals

+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers

+ Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

+ Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans

Qualifications

+ Current California PT License

+ Previous school-based experience preferred (but not required)

+ Strong communication and organizational skills
