Salary: $585 / Week

A School Aide provides essential support to teachers, students, and school staff by assisting with classroom activities, supervising students, and helping maintain a safe and productive learning environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are patient, organized, and passionate about working with children.

+ Assist teachers in preparing and organizing classroom materials

+ Support students individually or in small groups with academic tasks

+ Monitor student behavior in classrooms, hallways, lunchrooms, and playgrounds

+ Help implement IEP accommodations and behavior plans

+ Escort students between classes or to designated areas

+ Provide basic first aid and document incidents per school policy

+ Supervise students during recess, lunch, and school events

+ Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and phone support

+ Attend staff meetings and collaborate with school personnel

+ High school diploma or GED required

+ Experience working with children or in educational settings preferred

+ CPR and First Aid certification (may be required)

+ TB clearance and health screening (as required by district)

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to remain calm, patient, and flexible in dynamic environments

+ Classroom support and supervision

+ Childcare and behavior management

+ Organization and multitasking

+ Team collaboration

+ Bilingual communication (a plus)

+ Basic computer and recordkeeping skills
