    Job Title: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

     

    Duration: 2025–2026 School Year

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

     

    Pay Rate: $75/hr

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic school team in El Monte, CA for the 2025–2026 academic year. This full-time role involves conducting student evaluations, delivering individualized therapy services, and maintaining accurate documentation in alignment with each student’s plan of care and physician’s orders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students

    + Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

    + Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals

    + Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress

    + Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services provided

    + Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in California

    + Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred (may be required depending on state or contract)

    + Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + Completion of TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

    + Current health certificate (as required by contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
