Job Summary
The Planned Giving Coordinator ( PGC ) will partner the planned giving team, comprised of an Assistant VP of Planned Giving and a Planned Giving Officer, with operational, marketing, and stewardship support to ensure efficiency, visibility, and meaningful donor engagement. This position will support planned giving outreach using various platforms, provide administrative support in maintaining accurate records, correspondence, reporting, and analytics, assist in stewardship of planned giving donors, provide event support, and other projects and tasks as needed to support overall program goals.

Minimum Qualifications
+ Master’s degree in business, business administration, or marketing and communications or a related field; or a Bachelor’s degree in stated fields with related experience equivalent to a master’s degree.
+ Considerable organizational and event/project management skills.
+ Outstanding customer service, verbal and written communication skills, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Considerable ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
+ Exceptional attention to detail and financially savvy.
+ Considerable ability working independently and collaboratively.
+ Considerable planning, organizing, directing, and facilitating skills.
+ Considerable project coordination experience, general management or related field.
+ Considerable experience with donor databases and CRM systems as well as vendor platforms/portals, including executive report generation.
+ Proven track record of excellence in position and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference for PMP (Project Management Professional Certification).
Considerable project coordination experience, general management or related field in a higher education setting.
