    Trust Asset Manager

    Job Description Summary

    Responsible for managing a portfolio of 35-45 Commercial assets for an owner or client and fulfill the manager's obligations under the terms of the property's management agreement.

    Job Description

    + Oversee a portfolio of 30–45 commercial real estate assets, managing leasing, capital improvements, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial performance.

    + Collaborate with clients to develop and implement real estate strategies aligned with short-, mid-, and long-term goals.

    + Prepare and manage annual budgets, including operating expenses, capital projects, and revenue forecasts.

    + Deliver strategic recommendations for individual assets and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, property managers, brokers, and other service providers.

    + Travel as needed to property sites, client meetings, and internal engagements.

    + Maximize asset value through revenue growth, expense control, and strategic acquisitions/dispositions.

    + Ensure compliance with OCC Regulation 9, particularly around valuations, inspections, and annual reviews, to uphold fiduciary standards and regulatory requirements.

    + Prioritize and manage multiple complex projects in various stages with aggressive deadlines and timelines

    + Obtain and maintain industry designations applicable to this position, fulfilling ongoing mandatory education and training requirements as necessary

    + Adhere to internal policies and procedures

    + Be proficient in lease, sale, and acquisition negotiations

     

    Qualifications: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management or a related field.
