Summary:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. — Onsite
Oversees the daily operations of a small-scale gift shop, with responsibility for inventory management, staff and volunteer supervision, and overall store performance. Ensures high standards of customer service, satisfaction, and profitability. Conducts regular inventory counts, reconciles sales reports, maintains inventory levels within budget parameters, and upholds store security protocols.

Required Education:
High school diploma or GED or equivalent
Recommended Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.

Description
1. Supervises daily operations of the gift shop, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational efficiency.
2. Develops and maintains staff schedules based on business volume, sales activity, and anticipated needs.
3. Monitors budget performance and ensures expenditures remain within approved limits.
4. Implements strategies to support financial goals, including cost control, sales initiatives, and productivity improvements.
5. Oversees ordering, inventory control, and promotional activities to maintain stock levels and drive sales.
6. Ensures accuracy of records related to cash handling, sales transactions, inventory, and staff attendance.
7. Tracks progress toward departmental goals and ensures alignment with budget and performance expectations.
8. Addresses customer concerns and ensures a positive shopping experience.
9. Supervises staff and volunteers, including onboarding, training, coaching, and performance feedback.
10. Other duties as assigned.
