    Physician - Neonatal Call Physician (Per Diem) - Florence, OR

    Practice Highlights

    + Responding to delivery and resuscitation team

    + Admit and round on newborns, assess newborn status

    + For transfer advice or more difficult patients - Newborn Delivery center with Riverbend as transfer center

    + Manage emergency resuscitation

    + Provide guidance and counseling

    + Highly trained ED Nurses, and fully staffed ED (volumes 11,000 - 12,000/year)

    + Access and capabilities of a larger Hospital and transfer center, Lab, Radiology, Respiratory, Hospitalist, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, OB/GYN and CRNA available 24/7

    + Level III Trauma Center

    Per Diem rate:

    + $1200 total comp for 24hr unrestricted call

    + Physician must be within 30-minute call response range
