• Device Tester with Selenium

    Job Summary:

    + We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in device testing and Selenium automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of applications across multiple device types (mobile, tablet, web-enabled devices) while contributing to the automation framework and execution of test cases using Selenium.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for device-based applications (mobile, tablet, smart devices).

    + Conduct manual and automated testing across different platforms, operating systems, and screen resolutions.

    + Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver (Java, Python, or similar languages).

    + Validate device interoperability, responsiveness, performance, and UI consistency.

    + Perform regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing for new and existing features.

    + Identify, document, and track bugs; collaborate closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

    + Support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines by integrating test scripts into automated workflows.

    + Work with cross-functional teams (development, product, UX) to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.

    + Maintain documentation related to test plans, test execution, and quality metrics.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

    + 3+ years of experience in QA or software testing, with at least 2 years in device testing.

    + Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.

    + Proficient in test scripting using Java, Python, or JavaScript.

    + Familiarity with mobile testing tools (e.g., Appium, BrowserStack, or Sauce Labs) is a plus.

    + Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).

    + Working knowledge of REST API testing (using Postman, REST Assured, etc.) is an advantage.

    + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    + Appium or mobile device farms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)

    + TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber

    + Git, Jenkins, JIRA, Postman

    + Android and iOS device experience
