Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $12 - $22 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a Merchandiser:

+ Large scale rearrangement of a store's products by stocking or restocking a product according to a new schematic

+ Tearing down and rebuilding whole sections of the store

+ Reset activities include but limited to: removing items from shelf, moving shelves, building fixtures, reorganizing the products according to the schematic provided, replacing shelf tags, filling in new products

+ Must be able to follow a planogram or diagram of new shelf or display

+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for a long period of time, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb or balance

+ Communicate effectively with store personnel and reset counterparts

+ Ability to implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends

Job requirements:

+ Bachelor's Degree and or equivalent related experience

+ Merchandiser/Route Sales Experience

+ Restaurant/Bartending/Hospitality Skills

+ Valid Driver's License and Valid Auto Insurance

+ Must be able to drive to accounts throughout Northern California

+ Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of state car registration and insurance, and an acceptable driving record

+ Must be able to drive to accounts throughout Northern California. Mostly in North Bay area (Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Marin, etc)

+ Lift and carry a 45+ pound case of product on a repetitive basis

+ Wine/Industry Knowledge to include basic understanding of distribution, wine varietals, and leading spirit categories

+ Background Check Required
