    Job Overview:

    Production Artist

     

    Join the in-house Marketing Graphics and Packaging team at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), supporting over 125 iconic beverage brands including Dr Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, The Original Donut Shop Coffee, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core Hydration, Canada Dry, Mott’s, and Schweppes. Our mission is to elevate these beloved brands through compelling, high-quality creative communications and packaging experiences.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Print Production Execution: Prepare and deliver accurate, print-ready mechanical files across a variety of substrates and formats.

    + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Associate Production Designers (APD), Print Producers, and Creative Leads to meet project specifications and printing requirements.

    + Artwork Development: Create and refine raster and vector artwork, retouch images, and recreate existing designs as needed.

    + File Management: Build mechanicals using provided data and direction, adhering to established naming conventions, folder structures, and server protocols.

    + Quality Assurance: Submit artwork for Production Manager review to ensure accuracy, printability, and compliance with FDA and legal standards.

    + Consistency & Compliance: Maintain visual consistency across SKUs and printed materials; revise artwork based on feedback and regulatory requirements.

    + Project Finalization: Perform flight checks, collect files for output, and archive final artwork according to team guidelines.

    + Project Evaluation: Interpret job briefs from Packaging Managers and assess the most efficient execution strategies.

    Requirements:

    + Minimum 3 years of experience in print production, graphic arts, or a related field.

    + Strong technical knowledge of print processes, materials, and production standards.

    + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; familiarity with other Adobe tools is a plus.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.

    + Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
