    About the Role:** **Driver with WesleyLife at Home/Meals on Wheels

     

    As a Driver, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Wesley at Home.

    As a Driver, you will:

    + Safely drive a WesleyLife vehicle to deliver meals to clients on a set route in Polk or Dallas County, regardless of weather conditions.

    + Ensure timely and accurate meal delivery to each client.

    + Follow all safe food handling practices.

    + Build relationships with clients by providing personal contact and reporting any changes in their condition or emergencies in the home.

    Openings:

    + PRN (As Needed) Monday-Friday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

    + Driver's License

    Experience

    + Basic computer and smart phone skills required

    + Must be comfortable driving in all weather conditions.

    + Must have a good motor vehicle driving record.

    + Must be able to demonstrate the ability to walk considerable distance in all weather conditions on all terrain and climb stairs.

    + The ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
