About the Role: Director Home Health
As a Director Home Health, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Wesley at Home.
As a Director Home Health, you will:
+ Leads strategic planning, compliance, and survey readiness for the Home Health Department.
+ Engages and supports team members through regular communication and field presence.
+ Collaborates across departments and oversees staffing, quality, and regulatory practices.
+ Supports business development and growth initiatives using market insights.
+ Manages budget, team performance, and participates in on-call duties and field visits.
Qualifications:
+ Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa.
+ At least five years of home health work experience with a minimum of three years of leadership experience directing a multidisciplinary team is highly preferred.
+ Business development experience with demonstrable success as shown through census/revenue growth.
+ Experience in operational, strategic, and budgetary planning and implementation.
+ Valid unrestricted Iowa driver’s license.
+ Current vehicle insurance.
+ Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

+ Our salary range for this role is $95,000 - $120,000 / year. Starting pay rate will be based on years of experience
