Occupational Health Nurse - Nights

We are looking for an **Occupational Health Nurse (Nights)** to join our team onsite at our manufacturing plant in Darien, Wisconsin. You will be onsite Monday - Friday from 11pm - 7am and on call every other weekend.
As the Occupational Health Nurse, reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of employees at the Birds Eye Foods plant in Darien, WI. You will observe and maintain records for patient care, condition, reactions and progress. You will help develop preventive health care and safety programs.
What You Will Do:
+ Perform occupational health services in the provision of supportive or restorative care under physician standing orders
+ Provide first aid/emergency care/stabilization for injured/ill team members and secure appropriate transportation
+ Provide nursing care for occupational and non-occupational conditions based on the Medical Evaluation Guidelines
+ Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered according to Standing Medication Orders
+ Schedule and perform assessments and testing according to company policy, including injury/illness, respirator/HazMat surveillance, drug and alcohol testing
+ Collaborate with other health, safety, production and human resources team members in a comprehensive approach to the team member's health
+ Communicate information about work-related injuries and illnesses to the Medical Case Manager and Third-party Administrator (TPA)
+ Help with follow-up, maintenance, and documentation of workers' compensation cases
+ Conduct daily plant walk-through to ensure team-member and team-leader compliance with prescribed modified/restricted duty job requirements
+ Maintain Occupational Health Services records and reporting systems according to OSHA, State, company, and legal requirements. Records maintained include, post-hire assessments, team member health records, OSHA records, audiometric testing, and individual health surveillance records
+ Lead team member health promotion activities, education and training programs
+ Recommend preventative and corrective measures
Position Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's in Nursing or Occupational Health Nurse Degree
+ Occupational Health Nurse Certificate
+ 2+ years experience required in the performance of nursing skills relative to Occupational Health Nursing
+ Current CPR/First Aid Responder certification.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$59,000-$79,000
_The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees._
