An internship with Heidelberg Materials is a unique experience. What You'll Be Doing

+ Prepare comprehensive analyses of the economic, demographic, and competitive landscapes of current and potential markets

+ Convert information and analyses into actionable decision frameworks and summary presentations for senior management

+ Aid in analyzing the strategic and financial attractiveness of potential acquisition targets and other growth opportunities

+ Assist in creating strategies and plans to drive revenue growth, value enhancement, and cost optimization

+ Support the Strategy and Development Department with all aspects of strategic development job duties

What Are We Looking For

+ Pursuing BA/BS degree with a major or focus in finance, business, economics, quantitative analysis, research, or operations; plans to pursue or currently pursuing MBA preferred

+ Superior problem-solving, financial, research, and analytical skills

+ Strong communication and presentation abilities, with attention to detail

+ Proven ability to think creatively and strategically, and work both independently and collaboratively

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word
