    What You'll Be Doing

    + **M&A Deal Due Diligence:** Support due diligence efforts by reviewing contracts, corporate records, and regulatory filings related to mergers and acquisitions.

    + **Litigation Management Support:** Assist in drafting litigation summaries, organizing case files, and tracking deadlines to support active litigation matters.

    + **Corporate Governance:** Help maintain corporate records, prepare board resolutions, and ensure compliance with governance protocols.

    + **Business Legal Support:** Provide general assistance to business units, including contract review, research, and issue spotting.

    + **Compliance Program Development & Maintenance:** Collaborate with the compliance team to develop, update, and maintain policies, training materials, and monitoring tools, and assist with compliance reporting and risk assessments.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Students pursuing or interested in pre-law, legal studies, compliance or related fields

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

    + Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

    + Strong written and oral communication skills

    + Interest in legal, compliance, and corporate governance

    + Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn in a dynamic business setting
