Receiving Clerk is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, inventory control, and data entry. This role requires physical activity, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment. The clerk will ensure all inbound materials and properly handled, documents, and stored, and will assist in other inventory- related duties as assigned.

Duties:

Functions of the job:

Follow all company and department safety protocols, including proper use of PPE. Maintain a clean and organizes work environment. Accurately enter inventory into software systems. Process the configurator work orders, ensuring correct inventory application and serial number tracking. Participate in parts consolidation efforts. Pull documentation for audits, customers service and internal department request. Cross train in RMA (Return Material Authorization)process: print RMA's, update software and stock returned parts.

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 40 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
