Professional Rank and Salary Range: SL-3; $48,000 - $50,000 dependent on experience
Duration: College Year (this position follows the academic calendar, with obligation August 1 - May 31)
Brief Description of Duties:
SUNY Morrisville seeks candidates for the full-time position of Head Women's Lacrosse Coach. Coaching duties include management of the college's NCAA Division III Women's Lacrosse team including recruitment and retention of team members, practice and game preparation, scheduling, and travel needs. The position is responsible for the hiring and supervision of Women's Lacrosse staff in the program. The position will have a secondary duty outside of coaching in the athletic department which will help with the day-to-day operations or game-day management for the department. SUNY Morrisville competes in the State University of New York Athletic Conference. Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Strong knowledge and understanding of NCAA Women's Lacrosse rules and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Previous NCAA coaching experience
+ Familiarity with New York and regional recruiting
+ Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
